The Way it Works
With the Body for Life program, you’ll have:
- Five to six meals every two to three hours
- Three 45 minute weight-training workouts three times a week
- Three intense cardio training sessions each week
The Body for Life contest is a contest that utilizes the healthy living principles found in the Book for Life book. Contestants will record their progress and will also take pictures of themselves before and after the duration of the contest.
